How to earn points?

You Earn Points every time you buy something at full price at a Kashkha store

  • The Rule: For every 1 AED you spend, you get 1 point.
  • Keep in mind: Points are only given for full-price items. If something is already on sale or part of a special promotion, it won't earn points

2625 points = AED 250 off

Once you’ve saved up enough points, you can redeem them in for a discount on your next bill

  • You need 2,625 points to start redeeming
  • The Prize: Those points are worth 250 AED off your next bill!
  • The Limit: You can use 2,625 points per bill.

Your points have an "expiration date" of 1 year (365 days) since they were earned.

  • Example: If you earn 200 points on March 1st, 2026, you have until March 1st, 2027, to redeem them.

The Kashkha Loyalty Program is currently applicable only in UAE, Oman and Qatar

Your points are country-specific. They can only be earned and redeemed for purchases made within the same country where the account was registered.
